Aims of CVOA
- To provide factual information regarding progress of the development
- To provide a facility for owners to share useful information regarding amenities on the island, beaches, restaurants, car hire etc.
- To inform all members of any change in the utility companies and methods of billing and to set out clearly how charges are added to these accounts.
- To liaise with Haven Management and Yigor in relation to general enquiries affecting communal areas.
- To hold regular committee meetings, minutes of which will be available for download from the website to all members.
- To liaise with the developer and management company on behalf of owners, if requested

| A message from the Chair
May I extend a warm welcome to all members and visitors to CVOA. This website has been created to represent the property owners of Chelsey Village and in doing so will endeavour to provide accurate and useful information for the benefit of all.
Please note:
The AGM is on 11th October at 6.30p.m. in the Restaurant at Chelsey Village. All members are requested to use their vote (papers soon to be sent out) and are welcome to attend and join us for refreshments afterwards
Yigor, the developers, are keen to see Chelsey Village completed to a high standard. We appreciate feed-back from owners and value your opinions and any constructive comments you may have. We have been able to resolve several issues on behalf of owners and if you email us we will liaise with Haven and Yigor on your behalf.
