Aims of CVOA
- To provide factual information regarding progress of the development
- To provide a facility for owners to share useful information regarding amenities on the island, beaches, restaurants, car hire etc.
- To inform all members of any change in the utility companies and methods of billing and to set out clearly how charges are added to these accounts.
- To liaise with Haven Management and Yigor in relation to general enquiries affecting communal areas.
- To hold regular committee meetings, minutes of which will be available for download from the website to all members.
- To liaise with the developer and management company on behalf of owners, if requested

May I extend a warm welcome to all members and visitors to CVOA. This website has been created to represent the property owners of Chelsey Village and in doing so will endeavour to provide accurate and useful information for the benefit of all. Very important to all of us is the upkeep and maintenance of the site. With this in mind we have recently seen a change of personnel at Haven Management Ltd with the arrival of Mustafa who takes over from Adrian Smith, who has decided to take a long holiday to Australia. The CVOA committee would like to thank Adrian for his help throughout 2009 and wish him and his partner Kate the very best of luck for the future. We would also like to welcome Mustafa to his new position and wish him well in this challenging role.

The Restaurant & Bar opened on 1st July. Opening times are, 9am - 3pm and 5pm till late, closed Monday's. The girls names are Nicolina & Svetlana.
