Aims of CVOA

• To provide factual information regarding progress of the development
• To provide a facility for owners to share useful information regarding amenities on the island, beaches, restaurants, car hire etc.
• To inform all members of any change in the utility companies and methods of billing and to set out clearly how charges are added to these accounts.
• To liaise with Haven Management and Yigor in relation to general enquiries affecting communal areas.
• To hold regular committee meetings, minutes of which will be available for download from the website to all members.
• To liaise with the developer and management company on behalf of owners, if requested
